In this meditative practice, you carefully trace the image of a Buddha or transcribe sacred Buddhist scriptures with mindfulness. It helps improve concentration, clear your mind of distractions, and brings a sense of inner peace and spiritual calm.

“Zukō” is a traditional Buddhist practice in which powdered incense is applied to the body to purify both mind and body. It is used to cleanse the atmosphere and oneself through fragrance, helping to calm the mind. This ritual is often performed before making offerings or prayers at a Buddhist altar.
